This is my new go-to hotel. The staff are warm and kind, the atmosphere elegant and spa-like, but in a cool funky way. The beds were wonderful. I loved having a balcony.

I really enjoyed my stay here! We really only slept here as we were out all days but the area was super central & walkable to where we wanted to go. Clean, quiet & kind staff! Didn’t really have much for amenities but wasn’t looking for that this trip.

Broken elevator

The elevator is broken. They saw my husband come in with a cane, and put us on the 2nd floor! We should have been on the bottom level so he could get there without straining.

As always, my stay with excellent! From The comfy room and buried it to the staff. Every bit of it was wonderful. I've had the pleasure of working with Evan, Kyle and Cesar. It starts with them and their kindness and professionalism. Professional but real. It just adds to the amazing atmosphere at Pali melrose!

This is a very old hotel with minimal updates. The elevator did not work, there was no air conditioning, and bathroom fixtures were quirky at best. To get in the parking garage you had to wait in the alley and call the front desk and wait for someone to answer and open the gate.
