Kick back and relax in this calm, quiet oceanfront stylish studio on the Long Beach peninsula. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Walk on the sand and collect shells, take a relaxing stroll on the boardwalk, or to the pier, paddleboard and kayak in Alamitos Bay, share a romantic gondola.

Close to LAX, John Wayne and Long Beach airports, Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, and more. Or just sit on the patio to relax and watch the kiteboarders and gorgeous sunsets, maybe you'll see a green flash.

Our beach unit is a large spacious studio apartment that accommodates 2 adults (and 2 children) with a very comfortable king size bed, plus a double bed if you need to bring the kids). The bathroom has a large shower. The Kitchenette has a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, keriqu coffee maker and a hot water pot. (But not a full kitchen, no stove, no oven, no sink) Fast internet (500 mps) and a large screen TV 55 inch (Nextflix, Vudu, Amazon video, YouTube, Spectrum, sign in via your internet apps).

Oceanfront patio with Adirondack chairs, table, & BBQ. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys are provided. Free parking on the street is available

The property is completely Non-Smoking (cigarette, vape, pot) both inside the apartment and on the porch. Smoking on the premises will result in a fee of $250.00. You may smoke on the street or away from the property.

No pets allowed. $250 fine if a animal is found on the property during your stay. *We keep our units pet free for the future guest and their possible allergy concerns. If a dog is bought to the unit we have to have the carpets clean and the unit complete sanitized so we can offer a pet free environment. Which also takes an extra day to prepare again for the next guests. Thus this is why the $250 pet fee is charged.

No gatherings or parties are allowed and no loud noises or music; Guests must be 25 years old to book the property. Please be respectful of the neighbors and quiet neighborhood.

The studio is an attached separate apartment within a 3-story triplex home. Access is through an outside electronic keypad entry to a separate apartment residence. There are four additional doors inside the unit: 1) locked closet, 2) heater access, 3) accessway (closed, deadbolted, blocked by a refrigerator) 4) accessway (closed, deadbolted, blocked by a clothes rack) 5) locked bedroom door (no access).

The Host lives on the premises in another unit in the triplex and is available to help or answer questions at any time.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchenette and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a desk. Housekeeping is available on request.

The room was great. Just enough for a couple of nights on a solo trip. Shower was awesome. Clean. Everything you need. Kim was easy and great to communicate with. The only thing is the beach, which is NOT the owners fault. Maybe I came on an off time, but it was gross. The city should do way better. So littered. I wouldn’t have my daughter play on that beach at all. The place to stay itself and the owner is GREAT. The city should be ashamed as to how gross that beach is.

We had a great two-night stay! The beach view was absolutely amazing and completely unobstructed—it really made the trip special. Street parking was easy to find, even with multiple trips in and out while we grabbed groceries, which was very convenient.The neighborhood felt calm, quiet, and very safe throughout our stay. Most of all, Kim was an excellent host—very informative, responsive, and attentive without being intrusive. She checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was going smoothly.Overall, it was an awesome experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Pros: great host. She tried to save us a parking spot right next to the house which was great. If you leave it will probably be taken which means youre gonna probably have to park a few blocks away...but you're on a beautiful beach boardwalk, who cares? Spacious with a fridge and microwave. Very reminiscent of a hotel room except amazing shower and ocean/beach views. The star is the comfy day bed type thing on the porch. If you want to be on the beach and relax, stay here. Trust me.

The host was very accommodating, kind, and attentive. The place was the perfect location for our small family of four to recoup after 3 days at Disneyland. It was February but my Nebraska blooded kin braved the ocean for the first time and loved it! We loved that sand toys and a boogie board was available to use. We found sea glass and sea shells. We were hoping to use the giant kite but our last day got rained out. Alas, it was still so enjoyable and just what we all needed!

Even though the host was away on a cruise, she still kept in contact with us, making sure our needs were met for an enjoyable stay at the beach studio. There were also onsite folks to assist in any way. The studio was well stocked, handy, comfortable, and nicely decorated.
