Location was good. Amenities were good. Ice maker needs to be cleaned. Should disclose that bottom half of property is a separate rental unit. The open staircase to blocked lower level is a bit of a safety concern. Noises and smells (burning plastic smell) concerning when unaware there are people that are living in the lower level.

Hillside House

We had a great stay at the Hillside House in Montecito Heights. It was close in to everywhere we wanted to go, and was quiet, clean and comfortable. We loved the view and caught a drone light show at Dodger Stadium one night in addition to the downtown skyline. A perfect combo of high style and comfortable homey feel - highly recommended.

Excellent stay! Very clean, well decorated, great water pressure and breathtaking views!

David is an excellent host. The place was is a very safe neighborhood and easily accessible by car to many places we visited. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable and inviting! I would highly recommend this stay!!

Luxury design details with a spectacular patio view of the hills. Lovely neighborhood with a park within a 10 minute walk. Very convenient to downtown.

Great views and cool vibes

We really enjoyed this home. So much to appreciate about it, but ultimately the views were out of this world. Standing out on that deck to catch sunrise/sunset was cool and the downtown district is not a far drive with fun places to eat/shop/etc

Great place to stay in LA

The space was exactly the way it was advertised. We felt safe and comfortable at this location. The host was super responsive and answered all of my questions, gave suggestions for whatever I asked, and helped us when needed. I would definitely stay here again. It was close to Dodgers stadium, a quick 8 minute drive, and close to get to other places in LA and Pasadena. Highly recommend.

A great stay at a great house

We stayed here for a few days to go to a music festival nearby. The location is quiet with plenty of street parking. The house was clean and nicely furnished with a big balcony with a lovely view. The master bathroom has a great soaking tub as well that comes in handy after a long day out and about and on your feet. The house itself is very private and nearby a lot of great restaurants and is a great location when visiting LA.

Great Place !!

The owner of the property was super communicative and kind. The instructions were very clear, as well as the house was very easy to find. All of the gate codes worked, and we had no problem getting in or locking the house. The house was extremely clean and well decorated. Would stay again really enjoyed the home.

Property was brand new looking on the interior, tastefully furnished and featured all conveyances you could ask for, comfortable beds, easy to use kitchen with tasteful cookware, flatware and dishes. Cable and streaming were easy and Sound system was great. The (large) terrace views of downtown LA were spectacular!
