The lady who checked us in was not nice at all. Not only did she not provide us information, she missed out on checking in the second room on the reservation. And did not provide any information that we heard other guests being provided. Overall, the hotel is in a nice location that is close to everywhere. The rooms were clean and the other staff were nice. The breakfast was also very good.

The awesome part about this hotel is that they accept pets and they are accommodating to them too. The lobby gets pretty crowded at times and the check in is slow but the rest is pretty good

Everyone was really nice at the Hotel. I was able to walk to Westwood Village nearby. The hotel’s location is also a 20-30min taxi to any of the attractions. I like how modern the decor is and how convenient it was to have a restaurant in the lobby.
