Guesthouse is standalone with no gate or fence.Indoor access is granted with keycode given to guests at check-in.

Neat and compact, convenient

Very convenient location, nice walking distance to Ranch 99 Market, Jollibee, Burger King, Boba Tea (We even walked to City Hall and back). Very tucked away and private. No issues with Lyft/Uber to and from the property. Very friendly owner.
