The number one factor in judging a hotel stay - for me - is water pressure. Now the shower was fine, but the bathroom sink was scarcely a trickle. Also, the Google Cast To device (to broadcast your subscriptions to the hotel room TV) was broken. In the entire hotel, they had no replacements and offered for me to change rooms. Right. Lemme pack up and move real quick. Plus, there is NO maid service in your room until after you've checked out. For that kind of money, I want the presumption of fresh towels daily. The staff was very friendly. The guest laundry uses actual quarters. You have to get cash (if you don't carry any) from the ATM in the lobby (with the $4 service fee) and then ask for quarters at the desk (which they had to go upstairs to retrieve). Then, in the guest laundry, none of the laundry supplies vending machines was operational. You had to go back downstairs and buy soap from the front desk - SOMETHING YOU'D HAVE THOUGHT THEY'D TELL YOU WHEN THEY GAVE YOU THE DAMNED QUARTERS! I get it - high class problems.
