I traveled all the way from Atlanta, the front desk guy was not friendly or inviting. He barely made the contact and couldn’t seem to get me a clear answer. He wasn’t very interested in helping me.i go to my room and the shower was dry with hair everywhere, soap scum, and the room was dusty. I was not satisfied with the service but the hotel has a lot of potential. Will probably never stay here again.

Looks like franchise took over a run down hotel did minor repairs to make it look ok in pictures and started renting out rooms ..there is no exhaust in the bathroom ..housekeeping doing a great job and breakfast exceeded my expectations..for the price of $184 after taxes and $10 parking fee I guess it was ok

Site I booked room on did not show there was a parking fee. Rooms were clean and express breakfast was excellent. Staff at breakfast were friendly and efficient. Only one clerk working at 3:00 check in time. Had to wait 30 minutes to check in.

I would rate 5 stars but in all honesty I had to take one. We stayed 2 nights but, the maid never came to tidy up or give us more toilet paper or even clear out the waste baskets. The breakfast was amazing and wouldn’t change anything about it. The staff were always attentive and would give up more towels if asked. The parking is an extra $10 a day, won’t break the bank but, if you’re looking for parking included with your stay this might now be a place for you. Would I stay here again, definitely.

We went as a family, and the overall experience was awful. They never came to clean the rooms, and when we asked why, they said, “You never requested it!” I explained that daily room cleaning should be part of the service, but they didn’t seem to care. They ignored the request. I also asked about the EV charging station, but they gave me no information, as if it wasn’t even part of the hotel. Next time, I’ll choose a different place at a similar price.
