Both elevators are broken and other guest is has been going on for four days. We are on the 4th floor and obviously I am not happy. I have had 2 knee surgeries and my friend has had a knee replacement. Why aren’t they calling for service?

The elevator stopped working and it took over 12 hours to repair. I had my elderly mother with me and had a very difficult time going downstairs with her from the third floor. I don’t know what the hotel did with handicapped people that day.

The location of this property right off the 405 is very convenient. There are plenty pf eating options within a mile radius from the hotel. And the staff are all very accommodating to the guests.
