Unsafe, unsanitary & unacceptable for many reasons - false advertising. We & my 86 year old mother did NOT stay the 2nd night. Hope this place is removed from the VRBO platform so no one has to endure it. After more than 2 weeks of trying to be nice & working with VRBO to get a refund the Host refused (VRBO reimbursed their fees -THX).Because of the number of issues — especially the safety concerns, odors, and the overall poor condition — this unit is not acceptable for a comfortable or safe stay. • The closet mirror was extremely slanted and looks unsafe. • The doorways have broken wood, chipped paint, and visible damage. • Parts of the floor feel soft and squishy. • Most of the lights did not work and we needed assistance just to get basic lighting. • The bathroom tub has a cut-out area that looks damaged and very abnormal. • The sink had no hot water. • The shower doesn’t fully shut off and drips continuously through the night. • The bed was made without a top sheet under the comforter. • There is a moldy smell especially on the bed near the bathroom and an overall foul odor in the unit. • The heating does not work. • The curtains are thin enough to see through, removing privacy. • There is no deadbolt on the door, which is a safety concern. • All lights were filthy. • No fire extinguisher in hall • 2 central air control with exposed wires. • Broken items on the balcony.• The bedding has visible spots and stains. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE! ZERO !!!
