Great experience didn’t realize it was so big. I feel like they had everything organized. It would be better if they have room service but it’s OK. Everything else worked out. I am a fire victim and been in a few hotels that was not all that great so this was great and relaxing Misty’s was good too

We waited almost an hour for the shuttle service. Then when we finally arrived at the hotel, the bar had just closed and wouldn’t serve us, despite full drinks just poured for other patrons. No cookies offered to us, however the shuttle driver passed them out to all his airport buddies while we waited iin the shuttle to get to the hotel.shuttle to get to our hotel

We had a fantastic stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Ontario Airport. Our family of four came for my daughter’s cheer competition, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly accommodating, the hotel and our room were spotless, and the food was delicious. We’d definitely stay here again!
