It has has been completed remolded with a brand new kitchen, bathroom, floors, open concept with new furniture. It is within walking distance to stores , restaurants and the Pomona fairplex. It’s a 5 min drive to down down Claremont and The Claremont Colleges. Renovations to the yard are in the works of creating a drought tolerant environment.

College weekend visit

We enjoyed our stay in this home close to University of La Verne. Comfortable beds and space to relax in the living room, spacious modern kitchen, and lovely covered patio and backyard. The owner was responsive and flexible with our schedule. A great place for us to relax with our college student and tour Southern California.
