I enjoyed my birthday at this Malibu location. The views were amazing. The house was well decorated and cozy! The beds were very comfortable and the towels were fluffy! I will definitely be making a return visit in the very near future.

Our stay with Oraklus Rental Properties was absolutely incredible—the long balcony with the beach view and the extremely open layout made the space feel luxurious and relaxing. Everything was spotless, and the plants paired with the warm golden lighting created the most beautiful, aesthetic ambiance. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful, visually stunning getaway!

Overall, our stay was very nice. The house was clean, nicely decorated and provided a beautiful view. The host was responsive and even provided ear plugs when we were disturbed by the work outside. Would recommend waiting to book until the road work outside is complete, as the cars driving over the steel plates at all hours made sleeping difficult. There isn’t much of a cell signal without the WiFi, so be sure to have your check-in instructions someplace where you don’t need internet to retrieve them. Would stay here again once the road construction is complete.

The host was very welcoming. The house was beautiful with breathtaking views of the ocean. Very tastefully decorated. Overall was pretty well maintained. The projector system in the living was not ideal and would also suggest use of the garage for one car.

Beautiful views, nicely furnished, lovely bathrooms. Totally cute spot for a weekend getaway. However, it should be noted that due to extensive construction happening in the area following the Palisades fire this place is noisy! Not the owners fault, but worth noting. We experienced jack hammering from 12am to 6am. Yes AM. On a weekend. There's also pretty extreme temperature swings between night and day in this unheated, no HVAC aging property. Cute spot, but given the noise, lack of parking and varying internal temps it was a bit of a disruptive stay.

Walking into this property was absolutely breathtaking. You feel like you’re on a ship with the water below you. Sometimes I was a little nervous when the tides were high because at times the water and waves roar under the home , but I quickly got used to it. We saw dolphins , seals and seagulls right out the living room window. The sound of the waves were absolutely hypnotizing and everything I’d hoped for.The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans. The linens were as soft as silk. When I had questions about certain things, the management quickly responded.

It was the most amazing location Everything was thought through and had just about everything needed for a weekend stay. Amazed at everything kitchen had. The projector was amazing Only issue could not see much during the day due to bright light. Would definitely go back Breathtaking viiew

The house and the view were both amazing. If you need somewhere to stay in or near Malibu. I’d recommend staying here you almost can’t beat it. Owners of the property were easy to get ahold of and the weekend get away was very relaxing. Definitely would come back again.
