Codes to enter the property wasn't sent before the check in, then tried to call the numbers no answer. Ignored all the phone calls and the instructions weren't accurate so took too long to find the place and enter. Not sufficient hot water to shower, when informed no action was taken. Had to wait hours for the water to get hot after 2 people had showers. When reported promised it'll be sorted but nothing was done till the check out date after 5 days. Would not recommend this place as the staff were ignorant and unhelpful. Property is also in poor condition. One of the 2 showers were leaking water so couldn't be used at all.
Stayed 5 nights in Feb 2026
