Bienvenido a kiara

Sin pretensiones y enclavado en el paisaje de Lorne, a solo unos cientos de metros del centro de la ciudad, Kiara es tan discreto como excepcional. La representación externa suave, la entrada modesta y el paisaje arbustivo circundante dan muy poco a la llegada. Al entrar en el balcón superior, Kiara se revela como una espaciosa casa de playa encantadora y algo renovada. La cubierta de gran tamaño que ofrece vistas al océano y a las copas de los árboles, sirve como punto de entrada al área principal de la sala, el comedor y la cocina de planta abierta. Los pisos y el techo de madera, las ventanas de cuerpo entero, los muebles contemporáneos y las obras de arte simples se combinan para crear un ambiente cálido y relajado.

El nivel dividido y con vista a este espacio son tres habitaciones dobles, una totalmente equipada y un baño principal. Todas las habitaciones están bien equipadas y ofrecen mucho espacio para extenderse. Una escalera de madera desciende del salón principal al nivel inferior. Una segunda sala de estar, tres dormitorios más, el baño principal y el tocador se revelan a sí mismos de manera tardía.

Si bien el acceso de los vehículos está en la calle Polwarth, el tráfico peatonal tiene una línea directa hacia la ciudad a través de escalones que se ejecutan junto a Kiara. Group catch-up in Lorne

Kiara was represented accurately and worked perfectly for our group of 11 friends. It is centrally located, well equipped and appointed. We would have loved to have spent more time on the beautiful deck but the weather was not kind. Regardless the house allowed us plenty of living room inside and a queen bedroom for each couple with a bunk room as well. The drive is quite steep as others have noted but manageable and there was room to park on the road.

Nice place, hard to find the address, no towels

Nice place with good view, relatively clean. Instructions to find the place was very confusing and made it harder to find Could simply give number 57 on the street and say once at 57 turn left ad you will be at number 34 (the property) No towels and linens and only very small amount of toilet paper and soap etc. Compared to other places we rented this was minimum provided. The staff at GOR office were friendly and gave us towels with no cost for 8 people out of 12.

Great house and location

Very comfortable property for a large group. Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for walking to beach, meals and supermarket. Would stay here again.

We stayed in this property in Aug 2019 and it was superb. The amenity and views were A1.

This property had all the modern conveniences and was superbly located on a short walk to the Main Street. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were contemporary and the main living area and outdoor deck presented a wonderful open plan to entertain. Plenty of room for 12 people and heaps of car parking. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other. Malcolm

A great house & location!

We stayed at Kiara for 5 nights and could not have asked for a better home or location. Kiara is beautifully furnished and offers 2 living spaces (with air conditioning) to relax and enjoy family banter! The deck offers a huge umbrella that shaded many a meal, allowing us to enjoy the view and the wildlife. One koala in particular kept the children very entertained. We'll book it again for sure. I understand why people enjoy Lorne so much!

GREAT PLACE!

We spent a lovely 3 day long weekend at Kiara with my family.It is very spacious and very well located with an easy walk to the shops/beach.The deck is large and has great views.I will definitely stay here again!

Location, Lifestyle and Modern

Kiara has a fantastic floor plan that allowed for children downstairs and adults upstairs, which made for a peaceful break. Pleasantly surprised by the location, didnt need to use the car at all. Easy walk to main street, beach and supermarket. All modern appliances and an open fireplace. We will return.

We stayed in Kiara on a sunny but cold weekend in Lorne. The fireplace was great to cosy up and the kids loved the Apple TV. A big plus for the artwork, it adds to feel of the home and it was just right for us. We noted the comment made about the driveway, but we had no problems with it. Will be back for sure!

Positives and negatives

This is an upmarket property that is lacking some upmarket maintenance. It manages to accommodate five couples, but there isn't much space for children (a single bedroom with two beds and bunks that can't be used). We were disappointed with the poor state of the outdoor areas and terrified by the driveway! The beds are good and the Miele appliances are a nice touch. It is close to town, but you need strong legs to make the climb back home. Make sure you do it in daylight as there is no lighting. This is fairly expensive accommodation that needs a few finishing touches to warrant the additional cost.
