Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la villa Suzanne. La maison est suffisamment équipée pour 5 adultes et 2 enfants et il y a de la place pour tout le monde. Il y avait même quelques jeux à disposition pour les enfants.La véranda est parfaite pour les soirées un peu fraîche. La maison est située a une vingtaine de minutes à pied de la plage c'est parfait !

Emplacement calme en dehors des périodes estivales ou de vacances car il y a un terrain de camping

endroit calme en dehors des vacances, terrain clôt pour la sécurité des enfants, bien renfermé ,balade à pieds à faire ds le bois pour aller à la plage , ,mais il faut qu'il fasse beau car la maison est un peu ds son jus, pièce de vie un peu juste en grandeur et pas très bien équipée et de sécurité( ex:lit bb trop bas, chaise haute qui n'est pas aux normes, un peu cassée.. il manque un micro onde aujourd'hui indispensable) très bonne literie.

La maison est assez grande et convient parfaitement pour des vacances simples. On se retrouve dans une maison qui est habitée et c'est très agréable de ne pas être dans un lieu dépersonnalisé. Cependant, on n'est vraiment pas attendu. Il faut se faire de la place dans les armoires, pousser les affaires du propriétaire pour trouver une étagère libre... Aucune indication pour faire fonctionner la musique, par exemple, ...Et il y a aussi des choses un peu dures à accepter, comme le sommier du lit dont de nombreuses lattes sont cassées! après être passé trois fois à travers, on commence un peu à s'énerver! Le lave vaisselle ne lave rien, pas de lampe de chevet pour plusieurs lits... je suggère que le prix de la location serve à remplacer tout ce qui disfonctionne, ce serait bien .... de bons moments malgré tout dans une "maison de potes"...

Nous avons été assez déçu de cette location,les photos et le descriptif ne correspondent pas vraiment. Les mobilier intérieur et extérieur ainsi que les électroménager sont en très mauvais état. L'accès du jardin n'est pas du tout adapté au jeunes enfants car ils y a beaucoup de vieux matériels qui traînent. En ce qui concerne le ménage il était quasi inexistant (toile d'araignée,moucheron morts,cendrier pleins des anciens locataires )malgré mon appel au propriétaire qui nous avait certifié que quelqu'un devais passer s'en occuper ,nous n'avons vu personne. Donc je le dirais que même le propriétaire n'est pas très fiable. Seul point positif est l'accès à la plage.

Miroir aux alouettes !

Nombreux équipements incomplets, détériorés ou inutilisables, et en nombre insuffisant : - 2 sièges de jardin pour une location de 8 pers. - 3 sièges du séjour pourris et cassés - Réfrigérateur : attaches des tablettes et porte compartiment congélation cassés ! - 1 Bras de lavage du lave-vaisselle hors service - 3 cuillères à soupe et 4 bols pour 8 personnes ! - étagères des placards de la cuisine immondes et détériorées ! - Barbecue immonde rempli de mégots !! - Vidange d'un lavabo d'une salle de bains ne s'écoulait pas car c'était un bricolage ahurissant !!! - Dans les chambres pas pr otection l s urmatelas douteux et sur les oreillers jaunis ... et nous avons dû acheter des alèses jetables ! Supports des lattes d'un sommier cassés à 30% Penderies avec cintres rouillés et etageres en lambeaux , les habits sont restés dans les valises Etc On exige un dedommagement au propriétaire pour publicité mensongère !!,,

Appréciation mitigée

Les points positifs : maison très bien située à proximité de la plage des Conches, le propriétaire nous a laissé à disposition des vélos et des planches de surf, ce qui est fort appréciable, la maison est grande et peut accueillir dans de bonnes conditions 9 personnes. Les points négatifs : mobilier vétuste, manque d'équipement pour la cuisine, vaisselle très juste (nous avons du racheté des verres), lave vaisselle défectueux, aspirateur non vidé, les 2 salle de bain sont dépassées et pas du tout pratique vu le nombre de personnes. Les différents rangements dans les chambres et salle de bain sont déjà utilisés par le linge personnel du propriétaire ce qui est très gênant pour un séjour de 15 jours. Toutefois nous avons passé un bon séjour malgrè la météo très variable...

Très bons souvenirs, d'un week-end de pâques.

Maison de charme, avec une véranda et une belle terrasse avec jardin plein sud. Pour se retrouver entre amis, famille et passer un agréable séjour. A proximité d'un domaine forestier, et à 20 mn de la plage, à pied. Près d'un commerce " presse, dépôt de pain..."
