We spent a long weekend at the lake house for a family reunion. The positives: the main floor of the house being able to hold all 8 adults, 4 kids and 3 dogs in a single living room area was definitely the biggest plus, with enough seating and areas to gather. The indoor propane fireplace was nice to sit by. The hot tub worked well and we really enjoyed that. The boardwalk to lake access was nice too, and we enjoyed fishing right from the house. Beyond that, a lot of things were either slightly broken, worn down, or didn't work as we expected, and we are definitely not high maintenance! Like some other reviews said, the house just needs some TLC. So set your expectations a bit if you book it.The grill only puts out low heat. The house is also lacking any frying pans while we were there. Thankfully we brought a small Blackstone and that worked for us using the grill propane tanks. Most of the dock chairs and tables are missing legs or completely broken. There are a few broken kayak paddles. The umbrellas for the decks are duct taped but still kind of work. The main floor couch has many broken springs. The screens do function on the deck doors, but the tracking is bent. The foosball table has a broken leg and was a bit dangerous with kids in the house. The bedroom setup is a little interesting for two of the rooms. One is the entry to the garage, the other is an open loft. All that said, we had a great time with our family, I just wanted to list a few things we noticed.
