Communication with Esther and Travis was simple. They're very quick to answer questions and help when needed. There were a few things in the area of cleaning that were less than outstanding and that is what caused the 4. Like i said earlier, Esther and Travis were reachable. The rooms are well decorated and beds are comfy. The living room was comfy for our party of 3 adults and 3 children. The 3rd bedroom was perfect for the little ones. There are many games available. The hot tub was toasty and after adding water to bring the tub up to it's full level, it was the perfect temp for the little ones.:)The exterior could use a little refresh to the window screens, outdoor grill, hot tub latches and planters so it matches the pretty interior. However, none of that exterior stuff distracted us during our stay.We appreciated being there so close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Thank you, Esther and Travis.
