The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, and I had plenty of room for me and all my ten thousand suitcases. I love that this hotel is cat-friendly - some pet-friendly places only allow dogs. The restaurant and bar are great, with a beautiful view, great drinks, really good food, and a lovely terrace for warmer weather. I WANT TO GO BACK and stay for at least a week, just to relax and explore the town. Thank you.

The first night there was construction going on at 9:00 pm...right down the hall. We called the desk and it was stopped...The same night the fire alarm battery expired at 2 am. Tried to call desk and no one answered so we had to listen to that beep throughout the night. The last two days there was no cold water....won't be revisiting. Called the desk and after running the water for 20 minutes we were told there was hot water.....skip this place.

Hotel is being remodeled the first room they sent us to was on a floor that was all torn up and a huge mess. Got to our room and all the furniture was in. The middle of the room, clearly mid-construction. Went to the front desk and they switched us to a different room. That room was ok, but definitely beat up and needing refinishing. No fan in bathroom, and just kinda underwhelming overall. Went for breakfast and there was a very limited menu, nothing that I wanted. Went with a fruit dish that was ok.

This hotel located right on the boardwalk is a true gem! You can enjoy cocktails and dinner with a spectacular view of the beach....you couldn't ask for more in the middle of December!

Allegra Hotel never disappoints, it’s my 3rd time staying here and from the warm welcoming team at the reception desk, the room very clean, spacious and comfortable, tasty menu options, versatile bar, coupled with a beautiful ocean view, my experience was truly wonderful.
