The coffee machine did not work. The room was clean, however, I had to have the mattress replaced as it was sagging in the middle and it was very pilled so uncomfortable. 400£ for 3 nights was a bit expensive for the size of the room. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Great location near Earl's Court tube station with a good variety of restaurants nearby. Room was clean and nicely updated. Continental breakfast was great, a nice way to start the day. Would stay here again for sure.

Close to shops and underground. Single rooms made into double. Accepted basement room. Better but people outside could see in. Needed to keep the curtains closed. Not enough hanging space. No hanging or shelf in tiny bathroom. Hence not enough seating for breakfast. Breakfast staff nice. Coffee machine broken. Croissants burnt every day. Over cooked boiled eggs. No shampoo or conditioner. Could be great if they hadn’t sliced many rooms in two, and upped the amenities.

Fantastic location, on a quiet street. But only a 90 second walk to Earl's Square Underground station. Rooms were clean, and had air conditioning. I stayed in a twin bed room, which was small but comfortable. Breakfast buffet was basic, but acceptable. Staff was excellent! Helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

I understand this is a historical building, but we were given a room under the staircase. Both the room (more than half the room) and bathroom have low ceiling heights, making them inconvenient and prone to bumping. This situation is also dangerous.

The main breakfast staff were great, however the reception staff were poor. At one point we were locked out of the hotel as there is only one member of staff and they were on break. This happened repeatedly and not only had we been locked out but also locked in. Which in my view is a fire hazard!

I liked how close the hotel is to a tube station. This made it easier to get to other places from the hotel including the airport. Additionally, how close this hotel is to shopping and dining options. The room was checked daily and tidied up. The staff were accommodating and polite.

This hotel was perfect for what I needed. A place to drop off my things and go exploring and then sleep. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. Staff was helpful and attentive. It is near public transportation however there was a tube strike, so I was not able to use it. There were 2 bike shares within walking distance. There are restaurants, grocery, drug stores, and bakeries a block away. You can walk to Westfield Mall (35-40 mins), Olympia (15-20 mins). South Kensington Road, and others are a good walk away. If the tube was working, it would have been easy to get to attractions, however I had to Uber a lot, which got expensive.
