Switch and Bait!! Terrible!!!
What we booked is not what we got. The management team played us. We didn’t get to check in to what we booked but kept moving us from place to place. London AC is not up to par and beds not comfortable. Don’t trust these people - Sky Rise management!! There is NO Sky the host - just a facade for a management people who decide where you stay without any consideration!!! Over all - Never Again!!!
