The staff was very gracious. Breakfast had several options. Room was comfortable and extremely quiet. My only issue was the location- at Trafagar Square- didn’t care for it as much as other parts of London.

The hotel was fabulous. The staff was amazing. The bath get was Devine. Customer service was top notch had the best experience with getting information about where to where to shop. And most importantly transportation. Whenever I travel to London which is about twice a year I will always stay there. It was perfect for all my needs. Dinning options was vast.

Stunning hotel right next to Trafalgar square. We received an upgrade to a Spring Garden suite which suited us perfectly. It was tucked away in a quiet area and was large and well appointed with all the luxuries needed. Staff were all friendly and efficient. Breakfast was just perfect. We will choose this hotel next time we're staying over.

It is very central close to National Gallery in Trafalgar Square. Bed was a little small but comfortable, nice fluffy pillows and cover. The room is kind of small. Easy to use coffee and tea machines. View from the room is of a building across the street through a small window. Staff was courteous. It is very expensive however for what it offers.
