Second time staying here. We arrived very early and didn't expect our room to be ready yet. But while having a drink at the bar, the guy from the check-in counter came and told us he had a room for us, but to our surprise, it was an upgraded room to the Manhattan, which is the biggest room type in the hotel! The room was awesome with a great view! Thank you!

This property is in a very convenient location near public transportation and dining. The room was about average cleanliness. It was pretty loud at this property. There was often a DJ playing loud music near the dining area, which I really didn’t love. The front desk staff tended to only do the minimum of what was asked. The room was nice and big but the refrigerator Did not work. I brought that up to the staff and they made no effort to address it. There is no ice machine available to guests. The dining staff were absolutely great and very nice. The included breakfast was very good and filling. One thing that was a problem was that the property description indicated there is a laundry facility for use on site. This is absolutely not true. There is only an extremely expensive laundry send out service with a one day turnaround.

Love this hotel for London.

As always love this hotel. Arrived and treated well given a fantastic room. The service was brilliant. The hotel and some of the rooms are starting to show their age with a little wear and tear that should really be attended to in order to maintain its quality. We had a great sleep and an excellent breakfast. We have already booked our next trips and encouraged friends and family to stay here.
