Fantastic hotel and wonderful staff

everything was clean, the staff was kind and friendly, and it was so silent at night. Full size fridge and cooking utensils etc. I do wish they provided a packet of anti-bac wipes so we could wipe down the surfaces, but we did have soap and a sponge. the shower had both rainfall and handheld which was amazing. 100% would stay again.

Staff was very professional. Check-in was easy. The flat was very nice. A/C worked wonderfully as it should, heated floors were pretty cool. The shower was great. Not a lot of shelf space/lighting in the bathroom. The kitchen had a basic outfitting of utensils and dishes and cups. The water and coffee were complementary. There was no dish towel or paper towels. The only complaint we had was the washer/dryer combo was not that efficient. It might have been operator error but I turned on the dryer 3 times for about 6hrs and clothes were still damp. So we asked the staff if they provided a laundry service. They said they could take care of it in which they did. However, what they didn’t tell us was that it was gonna be €79. Location was about three minutes from the tube station, which was also convenient. There were a variety of stores with a block to include restaurants and a market. Would recommend staying and would stay again.

Wonderful, spacious, great location!

Our apartment exceeded expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, with well-equipped kitchen and furnishings. The 24-hour staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location felt very safe and was within a 4-minute walk of the St John's Wood tube station as well as shops and restaurants. There were a few things, though, that could have been better: 1) the beautiful ceramic tile floors in the shower we're extremely slick and with nothing to hold on to could be quite dangerous; 2) the combination washer and dryer was confusing to use and impossible to open once it was completed--even after going online and consulting the user's manual, we had to get help from the staff to open it, which required using an emergency manual unlock procedure; 3) the air conditioning is apparently controlled from the front desk and needed to be set quite cold in order to be comfortable under the provided comforter.

Tho this place was amazing to stay at. The staff weren’t welcoming or friendly. I asked could we check in early I was told it would be 100£ extra I told them no. I asked for late check out I was told the same 100£ fee which isn’t realistic to anyone check out time was 11am. I also asked could I get phone call when the apartment would be ready which I didn’t get & 1 of the showers didn’t work. Tho that was fine as there was another shower in the bathroom. It was amazing apartment. It’s such it a shame the staff weren’t helpful.

What a great stay!

It's a great place to stay. Very spacious and clean. The location is great, approximately a 20-minute ride to central London by subway or taxi. Highly recommended, and I will definitely stay again in the future.

I booked for Christmas to be close to a sick relative and was pleasantly surprised by how great the communication was before arrival. They offered me a complimentary upgrade which was overly appreciated! On arrival, check in was easy - there is 24 hour security. Lovely property, clean big rooms and had everything could need. Much preferred over a hotel. My only issue was the location of Kilburn isn’t great however it does have great tube access to central.

I was so surprised on how clean and new the hotel was...was a wee bit scared because of price...but it was lovely! Bus stop right in front, store nearby, 2 excellent restraunats...it was so good! I would suggest they put some paper towels in kitchen and some washcloths would be nice..other than that..perfect!
