I got what I paid for, a 2 -star hotel. It was what I was expecting. Old and tired property but very clean and staff were exceptionally friendly. Fan in the room much appreciated. Good TV in the room.

Service was exceptional. Room grade and conditions were slightly less than expected, was placed in the basement floor without prior warning and the shower mirror bled red from the adhesive sticking it to the wall. Executive leadership needs to invest more in the property because the staff is committed, but they can only go so far as the funding takes them regarding facilities.

Languishing in London

We were very pleased to have chosen the Royal Eagle Hotel. Very nice area, and very close to Paddington Station. The staff were very welcoming, efficient and went out of their way to assist with navigation details during our stay. The beds were so comfortable - a perfect respite following our action- filled days in London.

We had a fantastic stay at Royal Eagle. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety to suit all tastes. The location is convenient for both business and leisure travel. A special thanks to Sheik and Thahir for their exceptional service – they truly made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!
