I can’t really leave a review about this particular property because we couldn’t stay in it. I never got a confirmation email with check in information via the VRBO app - which is HOW ALL communications with VRBO properties I’ve rented for the past decade is conducted- I had to reach out an hour after we were supposed to check in and was told that the prior tenant went into labor and that they were moving us. Then I was told that I couldn’t be found on WhatsApp (which I have and use all the time) to tell us where to go. I spoke with Zalisa and George -who were great, but whoever manages this property or them - not. When I used WhatsApp to communicate with them I always got “Sorry I am on the phone” and “What’s up?” Made me feel like I was dealing with a bot. Again, George and Zalisa were very professional. At the end we did get moved to a great, bigger property - but well over a hour after we were supposed to check in. It was very much appreciated. Great location, clean, good kitchen with washer AND dryer. However not really well appointed - no bread knife or coffee pods so making breakfast was not as easy as we’ve been able to do in the past. Over all, I think we are done with VRBO in London. We’ve been using it here for over 5 years and every year the experience changes- and not in a good way. We will still use it in other places, countries, cities. We found a great hotel that was about the same price over in east London so that’s where we will go from now on.
