Communications were terrible, no heat in room, television would not work. Asked for a blanket, told they didn't have any, technician said could not fix heat said person come tomorrow, no one came. Television kept freezing technician said the AV guy will look at tomorrow. Asked for Manager, told no manager.
Finally went to front desk to air issues and the desk person ran for manager. He came out introduced himself, I informed him his staff have been saying they had no manager? Turns out they do have blankets, the rooms have no heat just AC (so what was tech trying to fix?), provided a space heater. Manager offered new room the next day but as we were leaving it was not worth hassle of moving for one day, room likely same but different issues.
