No vale lo que cuesta,las fotos no corresponden

La verdad esperamos algo mucho mejor, las fotos no correspondĆ­an al lugar, no vale el precio que pagamos, el personal con el que nos comunicamos por WhatsApp fue muy amable, el lugar estaba cerca de la estaciĆ³n y a unas cuadras habĆ­a restaurantes bonitos y supermercado, pero el lugar muy deteriorado e incomodas las camas, la regadera muy pequeƱa, techos muy bajos en una recĆ”mara y en excusado lo cual resultaba difĆ­cil e incĆ³modo hacer del baƱo, no tiene aire acondicionado

Calidad- y precio no se corresponde

La situaciĆ³n no estĆ” mal ( 8 paradas de metro desde Oxford Street) pero el estado del apartamento deja mucho que desear! Ɖramos tres adultos y no lo recomiendo! Muy estrecho y bĆ”sico! La limpieza deja mucho que desear y el mobiliario y equipamiento muy justito, tirando hacia abajo! RelaciĆ³n calidad- precio no se corresponde!

Top marks for allowing us to check in early - we appreciated it alot so the extra star is deserved. Very close to the tube & shopping spots, eateries also. The only let down was that the place couldve been vacuumed & mopped - under the bed was scary.

Stay away

Front door and rooms are open to anyone before you arrive. There was someone occupying my apartment and left an unmade bed and a dirty toilet as a welcome gift. No response from management. I left. No refund offered. Condition poor vs picture.

Disappointing stay in smelly dirty room.

Dirty, tired property in need of updating. The fridge and TV did nā€™t work. There was an unpleasant odour in the room. The overworked manager was a friendly helpful cap.

You get what you pay for

Nothing wrong with the room, it needs an update but it was clean. If you want a good night sleep on a friday night then this isn't for you., other guests coming and going all night, doors slamming, talking, shouting, smoking and talking outside until 4am.

The manager is nice. And friendly. The place is like your old style apartment that needs some work up and renovation. I just wish they had an elevator coz we were on the 4th floor hehehe but not bad for the price that we pay .

Bed bugs and no refunds!

Horrible place! Beware! When you open the door, you can tell immediately that they don't clean this place enough. I've stayed at some nasty places in London but this takes the price! Got into the room, looked nothing like the images. Immediately put bags in bathroom to check out the bed. Found bed bug droppings, although I think they've been vaccuuming the mattress in attempts to hide it. The mattress was also very unclean. Of course, no refunds. So save yourself a headache and don't book this place!

Very easy way to book in / check out. Really good size for what i paid just a cpl of issues. being the digital tv box didn't work and the oven didn't have any shelves to cook on. Really handy for queens park tube, great pub at the top of the road. For just over Ā£100 for 2 nights in London cant complain
