My stay at the Marriott Kensington was truly enjoyable and made my London Marathon experience and my birthday amazing. Every member of the staff took pride in their work, evident in their exceptional service and genuine hospitality. From check-in to departure, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of.
The breakfast offered a wonderful variety of good and healthy options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. It was a great way to start each day of my stay.
My room was perfect, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Housekeeping was efficient and attentive; whenever I requested a room refresh, they exceeded my expectations. The room was also conducive to work, with excellent Wi-Fi and a quiet atmosphere that allowed me to work with ease during my stay.
While the Executive Lounge provided a pleasant atmosphere, I found that the food options could be improved to match the high standard set by the rest of the hotel's amenities.
The location was ideal for exploring both inner London and its outskirts. With convenient access to multiple key locations, getting around the city was effortless.
Overall, the Marriott Kensington provided a delightful experience, making my trip to London even more special. Between the attentive staff, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location, my London Marathon experience, birthday, and work commitments were all seamlessly supported. I would certainly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers.
