Great arrival, impressive first impression, really happy with room, staff pleasant, slight issue with our restaurant booking, but manager handled our concerns on departure. Very happy with the outcome, might just have been dealt with slightly quicker... No breakfast included and pay extra for parking. I just wish these additions were part of your costs, just covered at the start. Very happy in general though.

No longer a Best Western. Food quality wasn't ever great but it's worse now. Unsure if the Chef has changed but the usual dishes I get were served up differently and lots wrong with them. As a BW member I used to get parking thrown in. My loyalty wasn't acknowledged in any shape or form on my return. I am seriously considering never returning.

The mattress was terrible, I woke up in pain in the night. I then woke up again from the noise of doors closing. I moved to another room which was slightly better but not much. Both rooms looked dated and had broken lights and poor decoration.

My room was good, comfy bed even single bed. The door to bathroom had a see through panel so the blind in bathroom did not stop the bright light from outdoor shining light in. The Room was noisy with traffic throughout the night. The most annoying was people passing my bedroom 7 throughout the night and speaking loudly all night and early hours of morning. My room was by the door near the lift so it also banged all night. Basically I barely slept. So I was extremely disappointed. On the plus good parking facility I paid in advance and had a space and the breakfast was amazing. I complained to the reception in the morning but was told I should have call the reception during the night. C Kempton
