We really enjoyed the breakfast! It is interesting how we have the same foods, but they taste different. Staff is friendly and helped us get ice! Rooms are small, but adequate. Safe. Ask for extra pillows!

This was the perfect spot. It was in walking distance of everything you could want or need. The staff was awesome. Very importantly for me, my stay was during a heat wave, and this hotel had AC, which is unusual in the UK. I would stay here again.

One of the BEST locations! When you select a room for Kingsize bed....it is actually Kingsize-ish....not a smaller double-bed....don't let that definition deter you!! The Staff at this place is Tremendous! They try their hardest to do their job for You. Just have a little patience. The breakfast is worth it and they have 2 automatic coffee machines!! Rooms need another seat and more shelves or luggage props PLEASE. Donate some Euros for that bottled water too for Charity!! MDB p.s. Andrea and Laman and 1 other lady are the BEST : )

This was our first time in London and I will say. That this location was superb. You can walk to so many sightseeing spots. The room, albeit small, was cleverly designed and very clean. The bed was very comfortable except we thought the sheets were not. They were very hot, but overall an excellent hotel.

Location is great, a couple mins walk to st james park station and 10mins to westminster station. Also very accessible by bus to covent garden, leicester square if dont wish to walk. Food options are a little limited nearby. Mostly pubs. Rooms are very small which i knew from beginning. It was sufficient for one person but might get uncomfortable with two as theres simply no room to open 2 luggages. While theres a big storage area for luggage under the bed, it wouldnt make sense to keep your luggage everyday. The space for hanging clothes is way too small. Theres no table so it would be dificult to eat or do anything in the room. Also note that the shower area is exposed halfway so it would be awkward if staying with someone

I couldn't believe, still can't, that we were able to stay so close Westminster Abbey for such a low price. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was beyond awesome. When our travel plans were suddenly changed we were able to stay an additional night without having to repeat check-out/check-in. They were so accommodating. We absolutelymloved our stay.

Great location. Strange light system in the room. No mini fridge( very disappointing). Good breakfast available at a reasonable cost. Tea and coffee only available downstairs….not in the room. No iron in the room.
