Clean beautiful room. Wonderful staff and good eats and fun pubs. I understand we visited on a very busy weekend ( family day weekend) and so I found the crowds much for me. This is a wonderful place and those wanting a high energy, fun and beautiful vibe. Room is amazing regardless but venue is not for meant for a calm peaceful getaway. But that as my oversight, the hotel is transparent in its offerings!

Just an amazing place. Went for Valentine's Day and they had balloons, chocolates and gifts in the room. Everything was so nice and beautiful, the restaurant was top notch, all the staff were extremely kind

We had a fantastic stay as a family of 4 for Family Day weekend. This hotel was perfect in every way. Incredible rooms with the most comfortable beds, amazing staffz excellent food and drink options. This hotel is attached to all the children's event spaces which makes it the lost convenient spot to stay!

We had a great first stay at the new hotel! Place was stunning and clean. All employees were lovely and polite. The restaurant sessions was delicious but a bit slow.. maybe understaffed? Very slow bringing cutlery, missed somethings even though there was only 3-4 tables full at a time? Unfortunately the tv wasn’t working properly in the room for a stay in girls movie night and wasn’t able to be fixed. Fire alarm went off at a very early hour which is beyond control but it ended up being a malfunction so a-little annoying to start our day so early and with very young kids to rush down to the lobby at 6:30pm. Alittle concerning on how many guests didn’t come down to the lobby for the fire alarm so I hoping a new hotel there is a plan in place to get people out or further reach people of an actual fire.
