To put this bluntly, not a clean enough, bed sheets kept coming up and noticed a soiled duvet, human hairs and very soft pillows that were useless bad designed rooms where the bed side cabinet had sharp edges and space between the bed, so I hurt myself while attending my alarm. The air con and heating did not work, so called reception who came up to turn the temperature up, which took over 5 hours to heat the room up, which is just not acceptable for a hotel of this standing by Hilton. I would not stay in this hotel again.

I like this hotel and have stayed many times before closer to when it first opened. Its now looking slightly tired - particularly the gym that doesn't seem to get cleaned well/regularly. But overall still a good hotel and nice staff.

The staff were great, only issue was a dirty duvet cover but not enough to complain, also the buffet breakfast was not the best (scrambled eggs) and no ketchup or brown sauce but bar that lovely room and bathroom and lovely staff
