Weird start no issue staying again

Weird start had asked for adjoining rooms but apparently though both rooms booked on same booking, as the two surnames didnt match for each room they couldnt do it. Sounded like a nonsense excuse but thats what was said. Otherwise no issues. Food in restaurant great. Bar not so much. Nothing in fridge and no shower caps. No sparkling water so devoid of those little extras but I guess its an airport hotel and we stayed 3 nights which is probably not their target client
