We love staying at the City Sleeper Hotel because the staff are helpful, knowledgeable and courtesy. The location near the Russell Square Underground Station and buses are ideal. Wency was courteous and quick when I requested a shower cap and he was careful when handling our luggage. This is our second stay in 10 days in between our business trip. Highly recommend this hotel.
