The stay was generally satisfactory, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The common areas, including the hallways, foyer, and elevators, were not as clean as expected. In addition, some staff interactions felt less welcoming than anticipated.

The room was very clean. The bathtub actually looked brand new. The tiles in the lobby are quite slippery when wet, they do have rugs but they obviously don't cover the entire area. The breakfast was decent, scrambled eggs and sausages were the hot foods, then you have the usual cereal selection and make your own waffle station. The room was a bit small but big enough for our stay. Overall I would stay here again.

I had only two issues with the stay: The lack of an adequate amount of hot food on the breakfast bar and the handicapped parking spaces not being snow plowed, neither of which prevented me from having an acceptable stay. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, the reply I received from Amy Smith (General Manager) after responding to the survey sent by the hotel, has led me to rate this location as poor. Besides the lack of punctuation and rambling nature of the reply, Amy made excuses for why the hot food was not adequately stocked and she lied, saying the handicapped spaces are ALWAYS plowed when her plow drivers are there (twice a day) and the spaces are not occupied. A snow plow truck was clearing the near end of the lot when I arrived. I had a small sedan and did not park in the closest available spot because there were several inches of snow in the spot and I didn't want to risk getting stuck. A pickup truck was in the still unplowed spot the next morning.

Good location, very close to lots of places to eat. Very good breakfast included. The bathroom wasn't as clean as we would've liked but after telling the front desk, they sent somebody up to clean it again. Helpful front desk overall.

Spotless..... Yes Courteous.... Yes Unfortunately a good night's sleep was disrupted by smoke detection alarm on all rooms and all floors starting at 11:57 pm. Piercing alarms ran in bouts for a full half hour. Burnt linen in dryer was apparent cause. My ears are still ringing 13 hrs later.
