Very warm welcome with the Front Desk staff recognising me as a regular. The new restaurant's offers were clearly displayed and i was given a brief tour. Room, first time a single one, was spacious with a good amount of space to spread belongings out. All clean, functioning and everything there that you'd need.

Wonderful staff. Basic and clean room. Decent bed. I would suggest adding a small refrigerator to the room. Great for direct access to the Piccadilly line into downtown. A safe neighborhood, great coffee shop at Poison Ivy coffee.

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for shopping and transportation. Staff are very helpful and fantastic. The property needs some work. The carpets are all stained in the hallway and rooms. The plumbing needs some work and the floors screeches a lot. They should really renovate the hotel as thats the only problem with the hotel

Dirty Filthy Basement squalor

Dirty, leaks and running water. Carpets filthy, garbage outside window from other residence, stains on sheets. Simply the worst and not a good look for this brand at all. Will question stays in Best Western from now on. Price for accommodation simply ridiculous.
