In our room, the bed had a large urine stain. The mattress was so thin one could almost put a foot straight through. We contacted the Front Desk immediately and they said they were full and would do nothing more to assist us. We could not go searching London for a hotel at that hour, so we slept on the floor. The hotel also refused to issue a full refund for the stay. Definitely NOT a 9.0 stay!

Compact room but absolutely spotless. Perfect for our early Eurostar as only a two minute walk to St Pancreas and very easy to find. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Surprisingly quiet considering the location although there is a rumble of underground trains which was quite soothing.

The room and en-suite were spotlessly clean, and the check-in and out was easy. From the lower rooms you can hear the rumble of trains underground, but I quite like that. There is an outside terrace at the rear, which I have never used as it has always been dark when I’ve been at the hotel. Staff are pleasant and efficient. I have stayed here twice and already have future stays booked.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to public transportation. The room was small yet impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable . The housekeeping staff did a great job maintaining the room daily. The bathroom was modern, with great water pressure. Overall, it was a peaceful and relaxing environment—perfect for both business and leisure. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

One of my favorite hotels in London. Simple small rooms, but well designed with everything you need. Easy to get everywhere from Kings Cross underground, and couldn't be more convenient when traveling either from the airport or via train to/from Euston or St Pancras. Just make sure to pack light because you will most likely be walking up a decent amount of (narrow) stairs to get to your room.

Shops around the area are walkable, WIFI working, they fix the room every 2 days, not replenishing the coffee, tea bags and coffee mugs. They only change towels everyday but not the linens. We stayed there for 4 nights but out beddings I believe has not been changed. Staff are not friendly but help if you ask.

Good budget hotel. Great location across the road from Kings Cross Station. We had a very small room with double bed pushed against wall and wardrobe up against the bottom of bed so not the best for getting in and out of bed. The bathroom and shower (which we did not use) was in the corridor and shared with the rest of the landing. I overlooked this when booking. Would I stay here again ..probably not for this reason but hey it was clean & perfectly fine for the one night. I believe they do have en suite rooms at a higher cost so I’d maybe opt for one of those.
