We were very disapointed . We resereved an apartement with 2 single beds. At first we were shown into a room with a bunkbed. (we are 82 and 77 of Age) then we were offered a big Apartment with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms for one night. the second day we had to move again in another apartement, which was very nice. To move twice in 3 days of our Holiday, that is very annoying. We would not like to make that experience again.

The place was close to olympia which is where the event was being held and the price was very well Only had one issue was the bed had a lot of black hair on it and the bed was not the most comfortable Otherwise everything was very nice. Glad they had a book to help use the equipment.

Home from Home

Fantastic accommodation so close to Olympia. Just like a home from home, only issue is the noise of London traffic it never stops but ear plugs to help sleep certainly helped Free WiFi was great

Good customer service

Two nights for a business trip on my own. First thing to understand is that you collect the keys somewhere else, near Earl's Court station in this case. This is normal for many short stay apartments, so no surprises for me - just make sure to check your email and have the correct address to collect the keys from if you haven't done this before. Apartment was fine, load of room for the 5 people it's designed to cater for, and very near Olympia (3-4 mins) for any showgoers. Only problem I had was that a pipe in the heater unit in the kitchen leaked while I was out all day. I called the helpdesk, and give them their due, they came out within an hour at midnight. It couldn't be fixed there and then, so used up some of the towels in the apartment to contain the leak. Looked like a British Gas issue, not the apartment management team, so credit to them for reacting quickly and at a late hour. Overall, impressed for the price.

What you see is not what you get.

Our stay at this so called 'hotel' was -- er -- interesting! Beds were cheapest of cheap steel framed bunks! No choice of beds. not even a warning. Outside windows were very old Victorian sash windows and didn't keep out any road noise at all. No curtains just blinds. Sounded like the Russian army was passing outside - all night. Worst thing was the Broadband IT kit bolted to the bedroom wall. Cooling fan was buzzing continuously. Also flashing green LEDS's. The whole experience was like living in student accommodation without the frills!! Avoid like the plague.

Access kensington olympia apartment short stay

I stayed with my 9 year old daughter and the 2 bed apartment was fine for us but it is a bit cramped especially the bathroom. It is near the city centre so is quite accessible - bus stop e is just around the corner and it is situated mid way between hammersmith and west kensington underground. We went to legoland and the bus stop is a 2min walk away. check in is at a hotel in earlscourt and they keep luggage if you arrive early and provide a taxi to take you to the apartment. check out is early at 10am and there is nowhere to store luggage so that was a big drawback for us. the mattresses were basic and uncomfortable with springs nearly worn through. Our room fronted onto a busy high street and was very noisy at night due to single glazed windows. in saying that the location and price were excellent and apartment facilities such as washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, ironing board, fairy liquid etc made life easy

close to what i wanted but NOT worth the $$

not much to say to small for the $$ that we paid for it first off got two keys only one was for the right place, took them a day and a half to fix that issues. Washer door was broken could not do laundry, beds were in the same area as the living room, the housekeeping contact number person i had to deal with was very unfriendly, still waiting for an email from the reservation agent about my dissatisfaction about my stay. NEVER AGAIN.

Good stay, nice room

The keys to the front door didn't work. Although the concierge on the phone insisted they did. Thankfully and neighbour opened up and the doors were then left on the latch as the lock had apparently been changed.... Not that the concierge believed us! Otherwise the room was nice, good condition and great value for money!

Room was great, large, clean, sunny.FIfth floor access, steep stairs, no lift I would like to have known about when booking. Alley access past all the rubbish also not so welcoming. Collecting key from elsewhere, taxi ride also would be good to know when booking.

후기가 안 좋아서 걱정했는데 매우 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 클리너 분들도 친절하고 문제 생겼을 때 직원분들도 잘 도와줬어요. 다만 다른 후기에서도 확인했던 것처럼 환기가 잘 안돼서 뭔가 요리같은 걸 하면 연기가 많이 찼어요. 그 외에는 다 좋았어요. 가격, 위치, 청결도, 친절도 전부 좋았어요.
