Villette 4 facades on two levels located in Porto San Paolo, this old fishing village so popular, this typical Sardinian house, built partly in the rock on this beautiful hill; the house has a breathtaking sea view, its position down the road reassures parents of young children with its private access of more or less 20 meters.

Inside it is provided on the upper floor with 1 bathroom, 1 double bedroom with sea view terrace,
kitchen (cabinets with bases of kitchens, oil, vinegar, tea, coffee, salt, sugar, kitchen linen, brief etc ..) open to the living room which hosts a couch beds that can eventually be used for
2 children !!!!, dishwasher etc ...
On the lower floor we have 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a comfortable bathroom.

Maison agréable avec une vue exceptionnelle

La maison offre un bon confort et est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme ; voiture nécessaire pour accéder au centre ville. Grande terrasse avec un beau panorama. Equipement correct, manque un micro ondes. A noter que l'espace couchage du bas (4 personnes) est situé en sous sol et ne dispose quasiment pas de lumière naturelle. Excellent accueil, propriétaires sympathiques

Tolles Ferienhaus

Die Lage des ja Hauses ist gigantisch mit tollem Ausblick aufs Meer und die Tavolara. Das Objekt ist gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Carine und Domi sind ganz tolle und hilfsbereite Vermieter, ein Bootstrip mit ihnen ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances en Sardaigne. Les propriétaires Carine et Dominique nous ont accueilli tellement chaleureusement. La maison est au top .la vue sur la mer superbe. Nous remercions Carine et Dominique pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil et la super journée bateau.

Leider entsprach das Ferienhaus nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Das Haus ist nicht geeignet für 4 Erwachsene, geschweige für 8 Personen wie in der Bescheibung. Die Kellerwohnung ist nicht akzebtabel. Kein Tageslicht, sehr muffig.
