Over all the property was as described. There were a few cleaning/maintenance issues that could be addressed which I made the owner aware of privately so that they could address with their cleaners. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Location was somewhat convenient for a family wedding that was in Monroe, Georgia.

Birthday getaway

Our 3 year old grandson was having a birthday in nearby Between, GA. This place was conveniently located and pet friendly.

This place was very nasty the couches smelled awful , bathroom smells mildew , the Ac was very hot we were steaming in there, no toilet power , the owner came at 1am to tell us move are cars for no reason that was kinda weird , when he could of txted us this stay was very unlikely*

Location

Location wise this was nearly our only option. We were in a wedding in Monroe, not much available. The main bathroom has no door (horrible - no privacy). There was random trash throughout and old smelly laundry in the washer that had not been taken out by someone previous. The hall bathroom smelled of urine. The towels were not good, there was ZERO toilet paper. The main bath shower is so small you can’t move and there were no toiletries available at all. The tvs didn’t work and the air was set on 78 so we roasted the entire time. Sorry but I have to give this 1 star and that’s being lenient.
