Fantastic house with views

We had a family reunion here and it was such a great house. The views were beautiful and it was in a great location. Loved the well stocked kitchen which was super helpful for the crowd we were feeding. The porch out back was a favorite place for everyone to eat and visit with the beautiful view. Lots of games available for our use as well. Very helpful owners who responded quickly to our needs. Highly recommend!

Great find

Our family loved our stay here. We had kids and grandkids and there were plenty of sleeping spaces and bathrooms. The house was well stocked with all you’d need including swings and toys for kids. The view out the main living room is beautiful. Makes you feel right in the mountains. And the ideal beach passes were so handy to enjoy the beach and pool.

Nice stay

Overall this was a nice stay. Whenever we had any questions, Kerry was prompt to answer. The house was clean and comfortable. The main kitchen work area and countertops were okay but would have been nice if it was bigger. We had 30 people. Some of us ate outside and some in the dining area so that worked out great. It was nice to have the extra kitchen downstairs and we needed it at times especially cooking a big breakfast. It was nice to be able to use the outdoor grill and the fire pit was fun to sit around and make s'mores. It was nice to be able to use the passes to Ideal beach. We had a fun day at the beach. Just a hint, go early to the beach to set up your canopy and to find parking. It was nice that the house had tennis rackets we could use there. So of the kids also enjoyed the swimming pool.

Family Reunion

We had 25 people of all ages for a week long family reunion, and we all loved it! Plenty of spaces for each individual family to sleep, lots of seating for eating meals and hanging out, beautiful views of the lake and golf course from the deck and large windows, and a convenient location. There were lots of games and activities to keep the kids entertained, and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. The extra fridge in the garage was helpful, the passes to Ideal Beach were a great bonus, and there was plenty of parking. We enjoyed the fire pit and the bbq. The host was very responsive. We would stay here again!

Bear Lake Bash

We enjoyed the use of ideal veach resort. We played tennis and mini golf. We also enjoyed the beach for kayaking and sand castles. The house suited our needs and was the perfect space for everyone.

The home is beautiful but small improvements would help. The outdoor games and ping pong table were in pretty bad shape and missing pieces.We we’re told day of check in that golf cart was not available.Ceiling fan in living room was noisy and wobbly. Both living room reclining couches were broken.One oven was not working properly because of broken door but we were able to use downstairs one fine. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bedding and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meals.overall great stay with nice views of Bear Lake and golf course.

Great Location, beautiful views

We enjoyed our stay and had a successful reunion with 22 people. The amenities were bascally as advertised and we had a lot of fun. We only had 2 passes to Ideal Beach (which was not a problem), and the kids loved the swimming pool there. For families with small children or infants, be aware that there is not a full-sized crib as I had thought from the description, but there is a pack-n-play, and an older portable-sized wooden crib. There was an issue with ants in a couple of sleeping locations. (office bedroom and Harry Potter closet) We are currently working with VRBO, our trip insurance, and the site hosts on a damage issue which I hope will be amicably resolved. Overall a great stay.

Great place!

We stayed here for a family get together and had a great time! There are many amenities that made it a fun stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was very clean and had plenty of space to park cars and our boat. We would for sure stay here again!

Bear Lake Bash

The house was clean and cozy. We had plenty of room for all of us for our family reunion. We really loved the ping pong set up in the garage. The views of the lake from the deck and kitchen windows was incredible. This was the perfect retreat for us! We want to come next year!

Bear Lake Regulars

We have been going to Bear Lake for over 25 years. We had a family reunion this year and it was great. The home was as advertised. It was perfect for larger groups and in a beautiful area. The perk of having access to ideal beach amenities is nice bonus. We would stay here again and recommend it to those visiting Bear Lake.

Wonderful!

We loved staying at this property! It had more than enough room for our group of 23. It is a very comfortable home. We loved the golf cart and water toys and yard games. The kids loved the hill in the back. We spent a lot of time rolling down it. The location was perfect for golfing and going to the beach. The view was beautiful too. The owners are the best. We appreciate them answering all of our questions and being so patient with us. We have no complaints and would love to come back. We highly recommend this beautiful home if anyone wants to have a great time at Bear Lake.

Hard to Beat!

We've now stayed here twice and have already booked it for a third vacation. We've stayed at many places in the area over the years and so far this is our favorite. We have a couple of families that stay together with a total of 15-16, more than half of them adults. We need a place that accommodates us and this place has worked extremely well. Our second time here we could see the improvements that have been made and the effort the hosts/owners put into maintaining the properly. There are always little things that come up but the hosts always respond quickly and do everything necessary to make it right. The amenities are hard to beat with Ideal Beach access and kayaks / paddle board as well as a wide variety of on-site games/toys etc. Our thanks to the hosts for providing such an incredible property!

Fabulous Home/Great Location

The home was great and Kerri was super responsive. Location was perfect, super close to Ideal Beach which was a huge plus. My only thought would be a later check out time, I thought 10 was a little early and made it a little challenging to get so many people up and out in the morning.

Family Reunion

We were very happy with the open areas of the main rooms that gave our family lots of room to eat and to gather together for other activities We had 18 people and had enough beds and sleeping areas. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks for the lake and the family liked the tandem bike. Our grandkids spent a lot of time in the garage playing games and on the side grass of the house. We took our family photo on the back of the property with the big pine trees as the backdrop. We were very happy overall with the property and the management were always very helpful and responsive.
