Did not expect motel atmosphere with parking right outside of room. Was not used to it, but expected a hotel with connected offerings. Got used to it but it was surprising

Assigned room was locked and not available 3 trips and a phone call to figure it out. It was freezing and had my eldery mother and daughter with me. Given different room, but not double beds. Breakfast was less than desirable. Facility felt grimmy and dated. Pillow were so uncomfortable.

Upon arrival at 10 pm, we were informed our rooms were given away to someone else. My small girls, mother, and I were exhausted and tired and sat there for almost 20 minutes without any communication as to whether we would have a room or not. Eventually we asked and the worker said she was “trying to figure things out and trade things around.” I had to sign a paper that had another guest’s name on it…..felt very uneasy about that. I will be checking my credit card statement to make sure I was given the correct rate. Rooms seem to be updated, but nothing fancy, which is totally fine. Our room was very clean. Our heater/AC unit made THE loudest noise every time it turned out and woke us up three times throughout the night. Doors are paper thin and you can hear every single guest that is within 50 feet of your door. Breakfast is ok. If you like a lot of incompetence and a lot of noise, you’ll love it here.

Valentine's Day stay

My wife & I stayed one night for Valentine's Day. We have a service dog, & this hotel was very accommodating. Our room was super clean. The pool area was super clean. We had a great stay!
