Very helpful staff

This hotel was so helpful, my daughter and her friend (both18yrs) arrived in Lloret at 11pm at night to find their hotel was all locked up for the night and had no where to stay. I phoned the alexis (from the uk) and the receptionist was extremely helpful and told me to tell my daughter to come to the hotel and wait in the reception and for me to book online and she would sort the rest out from her side which was such a relief as I felt helpless so far away . I paid £37 for 1 night for the 2 girls to have bed and breakfast they were very happy with both there room and there breakfast and would definately return to this hotel

Rude unhelpful reception staff. No parking as advertised. Up steep hill. No space in room due to beds crammed in. Balcony just a small ledge at back of hotel with no view.

CONVENIENT

MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL WAS GOOD. IT WAS VERY CROWDED WITH MANY TEENAGERS. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. THE STAFF WERE HELPFUL. THE BEACH WAS IN WALKING DISTANCE. THEY HAD A SMALL POOL AND JACUZZI. THE SUPERMARKETS WERE CONVENIENT TO ACCESS. THE NEGATIVE WAS THE EXTREMELY THIS WALLS. YOU COULD HEAR PEOPLE IN THE NEXT ROOM TALKING. IT WAS VERY ANNOYING, IN PARTICULAR, THE BATHROOM. THE SOUND OF THE WATER FLUSHING AND SHOWER RUNNING WERE LOUD AND DISTURBING. IF THAT WON'T BOTHER YOU, IT WAS A GOOD HOTEL.

Beware

Where to begin, upon arriving at the hotel, one couple were in front of us waiting to check in, and what you would think would be quite a simple procedure took well over 45mins. Then after finally getting our keys I was presented with the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in! I have been to places all over the world, but this was another level. The shower was clean but badly functioning, it had no strength, more like a trickle. When coming back from our first night out for dinner I decided it was best to sleep fully clothed on top of the bed, and to shower and change In the morning, which I have never done before! Traveller beware!

Do not stay here.

Had to wait 45 minutes to book in. Staff there were very unhelpful! It was very unclean and unhygenic ... IT WAS DISGUSTING!!! Every person that was in the hotel was making a complaint. I would not advise anyone to stay in this place, it was absolutely dreadful!!!

we were looking for the air condition which didn't work at all, also internet access was just the the first two days working after we have to pay so dessapointed ,over all basic hospitality but very good for group or family .

Struttura dell hotel decisamente da rendere moderna. Qualità del cibo scarsa. Non pulivano bene le camere. Accoglienza perfetta,personale gentile. Solo che dovevamo ripartire alle 7.30 dall hotel e abbiamo chiesto gentilmente se potevamo fare colazione,con poco giusto per affrontare il viaggio e il personale ci ha risposto di no. Nonostante tutto che era pagata la nostra colazione. Per quanto riguarda la posizione è un po’ fuori mano dalla movida,ma camminando tra vicoletti e lungomare si raggiunge in 10 minuti e la cosa è piacevole. Così facendo abbiamo visitato la città,abbiamo camminato e abbiamo assaporato ogni cosa di lloret. Se quest hotel dovesse migliorare almeno le stanze,lo consiglierei.
