New construction apartment, with modern touches and very cozy. It has a lot of light coming through the windows. The views from the balcony, the bedrooms and the open plan kitchen-dining room make it a special place. Very well located, on the first line of the mountains and the Segre river. A house equipped to detail, as if it were your own home. Perfect accommodation to spend a few days on vacation, rural tourism or work, with family, friends, couples ...
The house has WIFI for guests. The apartment has a map of the area and tourist information.
Just 20 meters away we have a bar-rest, and 1km away a restaurant.
The garden park area is right in front of the house, for activities, free bathroom ...
It is located right in the center of town, about 800m from the train station. And right in front of the house you can park without problem.
It is an apartment that is rented by guests and rooms. In other words, if they are two people they will have one room and the other will be closed, and if they are 3 or 4 everything will be open for them. Everything else, bathroom kitchen dining room will always be open whether they are two, three or four guests. One of the rooms has a baby cot, for babies from 0 to 3 years old, with a supplement of 5 euros per day.

Very nice stay for a few days

The appartment is really first line at the nice refreshing lake. It is a little bit dark due to just a few windows, but from the balcony you have a nice view to the lake and its just a few steps away from it. Lying at the lake, swimming, stand up paddling or kayaking lets you slow down. Very nice landscape, although walking is quite exhausting when its hot. The appartment is very good equipped and has a good aur condition.

Great place, great stay

Apartment was very modern, clean and complete. The owner was very nice an helpfully. The view from the balcony is superb as well as the whole area. Great place, I will definately come back in the summer as I have heard its even better.

Apartamento perfecto, limpio y lo mejor de todo las vistas que tienes al lago, despertar así no tiene precio. Muchas rutas que hacer y todo muy verde. La casa tiene todo lo que necesitas, toallas, aceite, sal, productos de limpieza... Laura, la anfitriona muy maja, soluciona y aconsejan todo lo que le preguntes, nos recibió de una manera muy cordial y cercana. Repetiremos seguro. Nos quedaron muchas cosas que hacer. De 10.
