FULL DESCRIPTION:

This modernized apartment is located in a newer building and stands out with its unique luxurious style equipment, which is very different from the usual short-time-rentals!

To the sea (which you can also see from the apartment) you have only about 800m.

At your free disposal you have a high quality pad and filter coffee machine with coffee as much as you want, a tea selection, induction hotplates, kettle, toaster, microwave and steamer,
all the equipment you need for cooking and eating, not to mention plenty of space.

In the living room and the two bedrooms you will find high quality air conditioning, blinds and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the apartment.
In the 1st bedroom there is a big comfortable double bed with the size of 180x200.
In the 2nd bedroom you will find up to 3 comfortable beds (1 double bed 180x200 and 2 single beds 90x200).

The living area has a very pleasant large sofa bed which extended even 3 people plenty of space to sleep.
A large Smart TV with Neftlix crowns your evening after a hard day at the beach ;)

The bathroom has a high-quality equipment with a large bathtub in which you can also shower, style sink and of course hairdryer.

Loved it!

The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed (plus more). We had 6 in our group but it would sleep 8 very comfortably. Includes parking for 2 large cars. Located minute’s from Medulin where you can find nice restaurants, the water front and all beach activities. Also, only a 10 minute drive to Pula. Michael (the owner) was available anytime we needed him and was very helpful answering our questions. We had a very enjoyable stay!

Kurzurlaub mit der Familie

Im großen und ganzen war der Urlaub schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr gut es wurde sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Das Apartment ist Neuwertig eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und bietet viele kleine Extras und Kleinigkeiten wie zb Wäscheklammmern, Sonnenschirm etc.. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Apartment nicht hochwertig und luxuriös eingerichtet. Sämtliche Einrichtungsgegenstände wurden bei Ikea erworben und wirken teilweise qualitativ minderwertig. Das ''High End'' bezieht sich meiner Meinung nach nur auf die Möglichkeit Netflix am Fernsehr abspielen zu können. Den Account hierfür müsst ihr selbstverständlich selbst mitbringen. Ein drittes Schlafzimmer wie angegeben ist nicht vorhanden. Es besteht die Möglichkeit im Wohnzimmer auf dem ausziehbaren Sofa zu nächtigen welches räumlich nicht von Esszimmer oder Küche getrennt ist. Ebenfalls wäre es schön gewesen einen Backofen vorzufinden. Was uns am meisten gestört hat, ist dass das Apartment als Nichtraucherdomizil angegeben ist, jedoch die Bettwäsche (Matratzen, Handtücher) einen unangenehmen Rauchgeruch an sich haben. An der Treppe ist kein geeignetes Geländer vorhanden. Es geht nicht über den gesamten Treppenlauf und macht keinen sehr Stabilen Eindruck. Für unsere 2 Jährige Tochter, sowohl auch für uns, sehr Gefährlich!! Daher von uns auch keine Empfehlung an Familien mit Kindern. Als letztes würde ich gerne auf die Strandnähe eingehen. Im Inserat steht dass der Strand 800 m entfernt wäre. Die Realität ist jedoch, dass euch dahin ein 30 minütiger Fußmarsch oder eine 10 minütige Autofahrt erwartet. Im großen und ganzen ist die Wohnung geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
