The holiday flat is located on the second floor of a private semi-detached house. The pretty house is located on the outskirts of Livo, a small medieval village on the northern shore of Lake Como.
The bedroom and the kitchen-living room offer access to the balcony, which is furnished with a table, chairs and sunshade. From here one can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding hilly landscape. In front of the house is a private garden. It is equipped with garden furniture and is therefore ideal for dining and enjoying the sun. Next to the house is a private garage, which can accommodate one car.
The flat of approximately 40 m² is very bright and cosy. The spacious kitchen-dining room is made particularly cosy by the wood-panelled walls. It is equipped with a sofa bed (French size, 140 cm wide) for one or two persons. In one corner is the dining area with a bench, chairs and a table. On the wall is a flat-screen TV with satellite reception and DVBT. The well-equipped kitchenette, also made of wood, has an oven, gas cooker, toaster and refrigerator with freezer. A pellet stove provides cosy warmth throughout the house during the colder months. In the bathroom there is an electric radiator. The bedroom, furnished in cool shades of white and blue, has a double bed (160x190cm), bedside tables and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle. Due to its hillside location and thick walls, air conditioning is not required. Internet access (Wi-Fi) is available: the first gigabyte is included per stay; subsequent use is subject to a charge. Bicycles can be parked on the ground floor, which is used as a cellar and storage room.
Grocery shops and restaurants/pizzerias are only a three-minute walk away. The nearest restaurant is 3 km away. The nearest launderette is in Gravedona (5 km). The lake is 5 km away.
On request, guests can entrust the laundry service to the house owners, who will be happy to do this for a small extra charge.
