I stayed for 1 night on the 4th of Jan 2026, i went to brd at about 11 oclock and had to be up at 3.30 to catch early flight to slovakia. There was a.horrible noise.coming from the aircon/heater fan on the ceiling. I turned it off which stoppef.the noise for a short time. Then the noise woukd come.bavk every 30 mins or so. Worst nights sleep ive ever had. I informed the reception about this when i checked out. I have a video of the noise i would like a refund this stay if possible. Todd 07533701372

I have sent an email of complaint We had a terrible stay with the air conditioning unit making a loud noise and wouldn’t switch off. Complained to site manager Joanne Thomas who advised to complain to third party company!

Nice staff clean room plenty of space. Unfortunately the noise in the room from something in the ceiling was relentless. Very little sleep all night. Room 507 Floor 10 Not ideal when the only reason for this stay was to get some sleep ahead of a very early flight.
