Large wood deck with BBQ & sitting area, walk down to 8 person hot tub, unilock fire pit with Adirondack chairs. This Chalet features 3 floors. The first floor features 1 full bathroom, laundry room, sitting area w/ Smart TV, Ping Pong, Pac Man & games. Second floor features kitchen, dining area, family room, 1 full bath , 2 bdrms. Third floor is a loft with beds.

Beautiful wood beam chalet, is the perfect Ellicottville getaway!! The views from inside and outside the chalet are amazing. This chalet has 2 bedrooms and a loft. Each bedroom has 1 queen bed. The loft features 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. Pull out sofa in the basement game area. There are 2 Full bathrooms with walk in shower. We provide all linens and pillows. We have a full kitchen with cook ware. 12 cup coffee maker. Weber BBQ and a 8 person hot tub. Enjoy the nights at our large unilock paver fire pit with red Adirondack chairs or chill inside by the Stuv fireplace on cold nights. The lower level features a great area for kids to hang, play ping pong, pac man or just chill and watch a movie!

Winter Wonderland

Gorgeous woodland chalet with all the comforts for our New Year’s ski trip. Loved the hot tub, wood burning fireplace, and comfortable beds for our 4 adults. Excellent heating on all 3 floors, perfect for apres-ski dinners and breakfast in the cozy kitchen and dining area. Great job plowing the driveway each morning as we enjoyed fresh powder skiing only minutes away. Five Stars!

Lovely get-away before Thanksgiving

We celebrated my son's birthday - just the two of us, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The fire, with the Christmas Tree was the perfect setting to ring in the new season. Truly a Hallmark experience.

Picture perfect cabin

You will not regret your stay here! We traveled with a group of friends to ski at Holiday Valley (5 min up the road) but had a hard time deciding whether to spend our time in the beautiful cabin or on the slopes. Everything was very clean and we really enjoyed the game room and hottub. Can’t wait for our next stay!

Restful and Quiet for the adults, Fun for the Teens.

The property is situation on the side of hill with a beautiful view across a short valley at another hill. The chalet has three levels with a game floor with BR/Laundry and walkout fire pit and a hot tub - which was the hit for the teens. They played ping pong, pac man, and watched movies when they were inside. The kitchen is full size with a range, microwave, refrigerator, and plenty of space to cook a full meal. Two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor and generous sized living room/dining area with vaulted ceilings made a great impression on everyone. The loft area with another big hit with the teens as they slept in the three spacious beds. Ceiling fans were a nice feature for both the 2/3 levels. There really is little need for A/C as the evenings were very cool and the chalet is situated in the midst of a heavily wooded area. It was quiet at night with the nearest neighbors almost 200 meters away. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Chalet

The chalet was fabulous, and had the most beautiful view! We used it as our home base to visit Niagara and other activities in the region. The host was very gracious and readily responded to messages. The game room was perfect for our teenagers. Thank you for sharing your home!

February ski trip

Rob and Lisa's place was perfect for our family ski trip. The kids (ages 8-15) enjoyed having the loft all to themselves and downstairs game room was perfect for them to hang out in when not on the slopes. Hot tub was enjoyed by all after skiing. Kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we ate in. Location was perfect, 5-10 minutes to Holiday Valley or a dinner in Ellicottville. Everything was clean and the views from the windows of the A- Frame were beautiful. Beds super comfy, washer and dryer an added plus! Would book this place again without hesitation!
