Two bedroom ground level with the two bedrooms up a short flight of stairs. Both bedrooms are large enough for a desk and sitting area and open to a brick garden terrrace. The lower level consists of a 11' high ceiling, spacious kitchen and living room overlooking the water 100' away. Half bathroom is located just off the living space and has a washer and dryer which can be closed off with a pocket door. Starlink internet is available with a smart TV.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
