Amazing Stay!

Adelino was the most gracious host, so kind and considerate, and whenever we had any issue (which we rarely did) he was ALWAYS willing to drop everything to come help us. Will absolutely stay with him again, such a kind host.

The house had everything we needed and we did have a great time. The pool was lovely The rooms were spacious Nice view Nearby beautiful beaches Nice and traditional interior- The house has a bit of a damp issue- Neighbours sometimes loud (late at night)- roads and roundabouts and heavy trafficAltogether we had a great family holiday and enjoyed the space the villa offered. There was some street noise but the coast line is designed this way with larger roads and roundabouts near coast. Ericeira is wonderful, so are the beaches nearby.

Lovely comfortable villa that would benefit from updating in areas. Write up bit misleading as further out of town than stated but ok for a peaceful stay and if you are able bodied and enjoy walking up and down hills! Beautiful views.

Great family house

Great location, a short walk away from great surfing beaches, cafés and the town. House offers great flexibility, with pool, outdoor bbq, large communal spaces and a brilliant games room. Toilets don’t take toilet paper, some facilities are a little worn and tax is not included in the price, this needs to be paid at the property. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and Adelino left us a very generous welcome pack. We had a fabulous holiday in Ericeria and the house was the perfect base for us.

Absolutely the most beautiful view of the ocean and especially the sunset at the end of the day. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and up to date. The game room provided entertainment for everyone with a pool table, table tennis, foosball, checkers, chess, and many game boards. We are a family of 6 adults and a toddler and everyone had a wonderful week in Ericeira.

Fun-filled Family Holiday

The property met our family needs for a wonderful 10 day holiday. The view was fabulous & a lovely way to end the day. The stairs were a little challenging for our 2 year old. The weather did not allow for enjoying the pool. Would stay again if visiting beautiful Ericeria

Beautiful Villa

We had a lovely time at your Villa! Check in was great and the villa was clean and beautiful! The villa was supplied with everything we needed and Adelino was quick to answer any questions we had while there. We had 5 adult family members which enjoyed the week swimming and having fun playing in the games room. There were three floors plus a basement with games room. The town was quaint and we enjoyed watching the surfers and the beautiful sunsets everyday! Thank you for a wonderful week in Ericeira!

A lovely holiday

We had a lovely time. Pool and games room were brilliant and exactly what we wanted. Villa is nice (other comments about being a bit dated are right and can be seen in the photos, but it is very nice). Host was incredibly friendly and useful. The mini supermarket is a 5/10 min walk and is well stocked. Town is a 20/30 min walk and is lovely. All in all a really lovely stay in a lovely place. Thank you.

Magnificent holiday

We had a wonderful time and were 2 families sharing the villa with three adults and three children (ages 9-14). With 2 bedrooms on each floor it allowed each of us a floor with a nice veranda, bathrooms. We all had privacy and space which was perfect. There is everything you need in this villa. We alternated cooking at eating out. We enjoy walking and felt this villa was an easy half hour walk to town. It is a hilly area and a lovely beach area. Beaches are beautiful, the pool at the house was fun (though not heated and cold). The owner was kind and responsive. We loved this villa, location and will be back.

Family visit

We enjoyed the property, but be prepared for lots of stairs. The property is well maintained but it is a tall and narrow building. Great views of the ocean. I think we had at least three days of green flashes! One very big drawback is that for some reason there are notices in every bathroom to NOT flush toilet paper. For someone not used to that, well... The Host should state that in the description, and honestly I don't know why this is an issue there I don't believe it is on a septic system. Other than that nuiscance we had a great family experience.

Great location, moderate amenities

Aside from the lousy weather this week, Ericeria is lovely and the house has fantastic views. For a Euro VRBO it is quite spacious, but not as well laid out as it could be. While there are 4 bedrooms and 5 baths, 2 rooms have to share a bath and one bath (the largest) is off the living room with no bedroom close. The most annoying issue is the need to put all toilet paper in a garbage bag instead of flushing them. Americans will find it very offputting. There are some updates needed, but nothing serious.On the bright side, the kitchen is large and the outdoor spaces lovely. Go when the weather is good and you'll enjoy it. drawback is the

Excellent Villa

The Villa is exactly as stated in all the descriptions. It is easily the best villa we have stayed in. We are a family of 6 with four young adults and 2 older ones and is ideally suited to families with teenage children and above. The pool is great and very deep, so maybe not suitable for younger children. The villa has several floors as stated and many steps. The balconies all have excellent views. I cannot rate this villa highly enough. We did have a recurring issue with the washing machine producing an alarm that required regular resetting, which was a bit of a nuisance, however, Adelino and his son Bruno were very quick to help us out. Adelino and his family are lovely and very kind, courteous and helpful. Thank you Adelino and family for letting us stay at your wonderful Villa.

Una casa para pasarlo bién con tu familia.

La experiencia ha sido muy buena . Lo hemos encontrado todo limpio, ordenado y en muy buen estado. La ubicación es estupenda y el propietario ha ofrecido un servicio excelente.Es una zona muy tranquila y muy bien comunicada, tanto para ir a la playa como para ir al centro de Ericeira. Adelino es un portugüés típico , campechano , amable y de trato muy agradable.Si ninguna duda, recomendaría la casa a cualquier persona que busque un lugar bonito y tranquilo para pasar unos días. La piscina está siempre limpia y la tele tiene muchos canales en inglés . Nos ha gustdo mucho.

Excellent stay in Ericeira, very good Big Rider

This beautiful villa is the very high standard, it has everything you need for a very comfortable stay, is in very quiet location, nice and warm weather. We were four persons we made holiday in December, we spent a wonderful holiday in the villa, each morning as we ate breakfast from the terrace the pool, wonderful view across the sea. The views from the sun terrace upstairs was wonderful for we, had lovely evenings just sitting on the upper terrace with a glass of wine, to see the wonderful sunset. Excellent villa with fully equipped kitchen, dish washer and washing machine, nice dining room and a amazing view of the sea, comfortable living room with TV, music player and DVD, and internet wireless. Four beautiful bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms, with own roof terraces, all the bedrooms are well-sized and very comfortable, with high levels of cleanliness throughout the villa. Courtyard with a large pool and loungers and nice sunbathing area, there is an amazing barbecue, for you to cook your own meals. Games room with snocker, ping pong table, game table football, table with chess, checkers, dominoes game, dice game, playing cards, game room for children. Ericeira it's an attractive town with many good restaurants and a pretty square to sip a coffee or a cocktail. The beaches and watersports both North & South, are some of the best i have experienced, Ribeira d 'Ilhas very good Big Rider, Lip, Back Cup, Floate, so once again, the villa is in a fantastic location. All in all, i would highly recommend the villa as a holiday for families and groups of friends. Lisboa and many other sights easy available,Sintra, Cascais, Obidos, Mafra, Alcobaça. Safe payment. I highly recommend this owner, and this villa, and this town, and it surroundings, i would highly recommend the villa as a holiday for families and groups of friends. All the amenities are first rate and the owners, Costa and Nilza us on arrival, explained everything to us and gave us lots of information about places to visit. They were very kind and helpful. Un merveilleux séjour, dans une villa de luxe,

As photos du site internet ne font pas justice à ce que nous sommes dotés d'une beauté naturelle. Avec vue imprenable sur l'Atlantique. Le coucher de soleil est source d'inspiration, les caméras ne peuvent pas transmettre sa beauté. Nous sommes un couple avec trois enfants, deux garçons et une fille. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, superbes vacances, dans cet belle villa, coquet, confortable, bien équipée, et impeccablement limpa, est décoré avec goût, spacieux, et bien situé, calme et sécurisée, proche du centre ville Ericeira, et de la plage Ribeira de Ilhas, Praia dos pescadores et Praia do Sul. Villa impeccable, très jolie avec une vue incroyable sur la mer, et pour un prix raisonnable, elle est très bien équipée pour cuisiner ou pour faire du barbecue. Pieces spacieuses et confortables, et cinq belles salles de bains, la terrasse exterieure est super agreable,la villa est très spacieuse, disposant d'une très belle piscine (de grande taille, avec une eau transparentem, et sans odeur de chlore) très agréable. Une grande salle de jeux avec billard, match de football, ping-pong,et des jeux de table qui ont été le plus grand bonheur de mes enfants. L environnement est calme, le quartier est tres agreable, securise. Propriétaires de la maison, sait la signification du mot accueil !... Accueillants, sympa, disponibles et dévoués, pack de bienvenue: (vins porto, gâteaux, thé, café,...), conseils pratiques, suggestions d'activités, de visites et de restaurants, etc... Nous recommandons cette logement aux personnes recherchant le confort, le calme et une certaine qualite de vie. Recommande à 200%.....

Unas vacaciones estupendas, una villa bien situada

Pasamos unos días en Octubre en este maravilloso lugar, cuenta con una espléndida vista sobre el mar, las fotos de la web se veía bien, pero fue incluso mejor en la realidad. Esta es una casa grande, con mucho espacio para todo el mundo, es moderna, con muebles bonitos, totalmente equipada con equipo de música, Internet wifi, televisor grande, con una sala de estar pendiente, la cocina era muy bueno, con un montón de electrodomésticos, ollas y sartenes, buenos servicios, una sala de juegos muy bien equipada, con snocker, ping-pong, futbolín, ajedrez, damas, cartas, dominó, dardos, no le falta nada, y una bonita piscina , en la terraza de la piscina tiene una gran parrilla con fregadero y horno, con un hermoso paisaje en el mar, es agradable y protegido del viento. Se encuentra en una excelente ubicación, muy cerca de una de las principales playas de surf (Ribeira D"Ilhas), la reina de las olas de Ericeira, una de las más famosas de Europa, una ola versátil, lo que permite desarrollar buenos "cutbacks", esta es una poderosa derecha, dos "line ups" y “take-offs”, “tubos” y las “paredes perfectos”. Y cerca del pueblo de Ericeira, completo con escuelas de surf y restaurantes muy buenos. Lo mejor de la ubicación es que está cerca de una gran cantidad de lugares interesantes para visitar, si se viaja en coche, Mafra, Lisboa, Sintra, Cascais, Estoril, Obidos, Fátima. Éramos tres parejas y ha sido una estancia maravillosa. Costa proporcionó toda la información que necesitábamos, y Nilza era muy servicial con nuestras peticiones en el sitio. Nos encantaría volver. Magnifique location

Excellent séjour dans cette spacieuse villa, est bien située dans un quartier calme, dispose de 2 magnifiques terrasses, avec une belle vue sur la océan. De la terrasse nous avions une vue panoramique exceptionnelle avec une belle vue sur la océan et un agréable couché de soleil. Et un levé du soleil que je nomme la BOULE DE FEU super Villa parfaitement équipée, aux éléments de confort exceptionnels, calme spacieuse, décorée avec goût, est très agréable et d'une propreté, irréprochable, près de toutes commodités l'environnement est calme, l'équipement de la villa est complet, de bon niveau, et permet d'apprécier pleinement le séjour dans des conditions d'excellent confort. Accès à internet connexion wifi très apprécié, parking privé Elle a un grand piscine et salle de jeux, avons également apprécié le coin barbecue, elle est très bien équipée pour cuisiner ou pour faire du barbecue. À 2 km de Ericeira, est une région magnifique, centre animée par de nombreux bars et restaurants. Cette villa a été un vrai coup de coeur pour nous et elle était encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, trop cour malheureusement Propriétaire très sympathique. Superbe villa fontionnelle et tres bien équipée, le.plus la piscine car la mer est plutôt agitée. Le sous sol avec les jeux sympaPetit bemol les douches pas beaucoup pression. Pas loin du centre ville d'Ericeira une.belle balade a pied le long de.la mer pour s'y rendre, centre bien animé avec ces commerçants et caféA 30 minutes de Lisbonne très appreciable, d'autres villes comme Peniche ou Sintra méritent le détour Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour

Groot maar oud en wat gebrekkig huis

Prettig verblijf gehad met gezin en vrienden, het huis is groot en heeft alles uit de advertentie maar het is oud, ruikt muf en het sanitair is matig, douches zijn heel laag en krap. Buren met honden die in de tuin poepen (nr 91) en nr 89 is een verwaarloosd huis.

Uitzicht op zee

Heerlijk ruim huis met voor iedereen een eigen badkamer. Zeer hartelijk ontvangen. Superfijn en groot zwembad. Op het terras samen eten met zonsondergang was super!
