Only three members of staff who worked in the restaurant seemed happy to be there. Also the door was left open all day so anybody could have gone in there not pleased with that but no apology from any senior management

The room was spotless, with a great view to the ocean, the staff is very kind and courteous. The hotel has an entrance to the big park which makes it easier the way to the city center.

Beautiful location and grounds with great sea views. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was pretty good. Let down by a lack of few services. No kettle or coffee machine in the room, no water provided after the first day and wifi was slow and unreliable. Also no iron in the room and not available to borrow from reception so only option is to use the hotel laundry/pressing service which is an extra cost.

Hotel is in a great location with a lovely park to one side and the marina just 5 mins walk away. All of the staff were very friendly, polite and professional. Room was a good size with plentiful hot water and lots of storage space. Really good breakfast offering too. Can definitely recommend.

We spent our last 3 nights in Portugal at this hotel. The hotel is well located and close to the Marina and a short walk to the historical centre. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The hallways are dark and warm. The included breakfast was wonderful and well replenished. The grounds are well maintained but the pool is not heated which seems to be the case in most hotels. We played pool at the bar and didn’t realize there was a cost. This should be shaded with guests. Overall, we would stay here again.
